Curious about how the process works? We have provided a series of questions and responses that can help you understand the Foundations: MDP process.
To register for Foundations: MDP please select the register button at the top of the menu page. There you will choose why you are registering to take the Foundations: MDP courses. It will be for ministerial development or ministry licensure. After selecting from the two options then you will begin to fill out the form.
Note: If you are doing this for ministry licensure in the form there is a section where we do require approve form your pastor to proceed in taking the courses.
When you have completed your last course of Foundation: MDP, upon completion of that course you will receive a notification email letting you know to fill out the Individual Completion Form to receive your certificate of the whole program.
When you log into your account there will be a tab under your profile called “Forms.” When you click on this tab you will find many useful forms, but for to transfer credits will be called “Transfer Request Form.” Fill this out and email it to ldd@cogop.org.
