Online Training for Leaders Globally

To register for Foundations: MDP please select the register button at the top of the menu page. When you are inputting filling out the form you will also choose why you are registering to take the Foundations: MDP courses. It will be for ministerial development or ministry licensure. After selecting from the two options then you will begin to finish the form and create your account.

Note: If you are taking the program for ministry licensure, in the form there is a section where we do require your pastor or bishop’s information in order to notify them that you are taking the program. 

When you have completed your last course of Foundation: MDP, upon completion of that course there is a section in your dashboard called “Forms.” Please click on that section and complete the “Individual Completion Form” and email to ldd@cogop.org. You will then receive your Certificate of Achievement. 

When you log into your account there will be a tab under your profile called “Forms.” When you click on this tab you will find many useful forms, but for to transfer credits will be called “Transfer Request Form.” Fill this out and email it to ldd@cogop.org.
