NOTE: When choosing your instructors to help teach the Foundations: MDP please keep this information in mind.

If participants are seeking to receive credit hours towards Spirit & Life Seminary.

The course instructor must have a master’s degree or higher in a field related to the course being studied (theology, ministry, leadership, education, etc.)
The host may use an instructor who does not have the required educational credentials for five of the seven lessons
If you would like to use an instructor that is verified through LDD, please request by emailing us at ldd@cogop.org
When the host receives the course materials from the LDD office they can share this with the instructors that are chosen to teach the onsite training. Please do not have them share the materials with anyone.

Acknowledgement

After submitting this form, you will receive notification of submission. Within 48 hours, you will receive an email from our LDD office to further discuss your onsite training of the Foundations: MDP.
